Service scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and confirmed prior to the project start.

3. Payment Terms

Full Payment: Required upfront for standard packages and services.
Partial Payment: Allowed only with mutual agreement; typically, a 50% deposit is required to begin work.
Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable.
Custom Quotes: Prices are subject to change depending on service complexity and project requirements.

4. Revisions and Timelines

Revisions are offered based on the selected service package.
Turnaround times vary by service type and will be communicated at the start of each project.
Additional or out-of-scope revisions may be billed separately.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables is transferred only upon full payment, and depends on the package selected.
Until full payment is made, all rights remain the property of Craftic Designs.
Source files and commercial rights are only provided when included in the agreed package.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide necessary project information and feedback in a timely manner.
Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes.
Ensure accuracy of content and information provided.

8. Termination

Craftic Designs may terminate any project if:

The client is unresponsive or inactive.
The client breaches these Terms and Conditions

No refunds will be provided in such instances.

9. Third-party Tools & Licenses

We may use licensed third-party stock elements, tools, or plugins during the project. Applicable licenses will be provided upon request or as per project scope.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be handled through legal proceedings under the jurisdiction of Houston, Texas. Legal costs will be borne by the party found to be at fault.

11. Limitation of Liability

Craftic Designs will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any delivered work. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
